MCX A Parallel Year?

Who needs groundhog day when you can be sued by somebody who wants 63 Moons and TCS platforms to run in parallel…now that sounds like music to Jignesh Shah’s ears. I wonder if the plaintiffs have any relationship with the former FTIL?
