We refer in today’s headline “CSR Whodunnit?” not to “corporate social responsibility” but rather “credit sensitive rates.” A somewhat ambiguous consultation missive from Bloomberg seeking feedback may suggest there is a bloody knife with IOSCO’s name on it.
