Exchange Invest 2239: Festive Catch Up Special
Robert J. Birnbaum, who headed both the American Stock Exchange and the NYSE during a 27-year career in market regulation and administration, has died. After leaving NYSE, he was special counsel at the Dechert Price & Rhoads law firm and served on the boards of the CME and later the CBOT.
